'Chlorine in His Blood': Scott Frost's Journey From Service Tech to President of Heritage Pool Supply Group

With over 30 years of executive experience, no one has a better understanding of this than Scott Frost, President of Heritage Pool Supply Group. In the span of his career, he has touched virtually all facets of the industry, establishing himself as a trusted leader with a values-first approach.

Like most professionals, Scott never thought his first job after high school as a service technician would lead to a long-term, thriving career. Pursuing his passion for aviation, he joined the Air Force, but after 10 years in the commercial and military aviation space, he found this way back to aquatics. Truly a jack of all trades, Scott’s days consisted of building pools as part of the family construction business, while his nights were spent fixing planes as a government contractor.

After his stint in construction, Scott returned to his roots as a service tech at Jandy where he gained valuable exposure to every part of the aquatics business. It was during this pivotal time that he had the opportunity to learn from industry legend Vance Gillette, whose mentorship helped shape Scott's understanding of both the technical and people sides of the business. He then transitioned into the executive sales sphere at Zodiac Pool Systems and ascended up the career leader to Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Fluidra.

Most recently, Scott stepped into a new role as President of Heritage Pool Supply Group in 2025 – a move driven by the opportunity to spearhead a unique culture. In this role, he’s applying his mission-driven leadership style to curate a team of professionals that are  moving the needle on Heritage’s expansion and innovation. More importantly, his culture-focused philosophy is strengthening Heritage’s long-term value as a trusted team and partner.
