After her family’s business opened in 1982, Maggie spent most of her life diving into every position at the retailer. Whether stocking shelves, running the register, or delivering hot tubs, she learned the ins and outs of the company, while also fostering strong relationships with her talented team and lifelong customers. This well-rounded experience ultimately defined her approach to leadership now as co-owner alongside her sister.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations, Maggie’s routine is always different, yet her team and clients are the constant. She’s collaborating with management, meeting one-on-one with staff, checking in with the various departments, and of course, always making time for chats with longstanding customers. From her perspective, human connection is what sets this industry apart.
