Pool and Hot Tub Retail Supervisor Jobs

A job as a swimming pool retail supervisor involves functioning as a liaison between retail salespeople and the sales manager. Whereas a sales manager may oversee a company’s entire sales team, the pool and hot tub retail supervisors’ job is to manage a certain division of retail salespeople, which may be divided regionally or by specialization.
